We understand the trust you place in us to deliver safe, freshly prepared pizzas and we take this responsibility incredibly seriously. Given the evolving COVID-19 situation, we wanted to reassure you that the safety and wellbeing of customers and colleagues is always our top priority
- Hygiene is always No.1. Maintaining the highest health and safety standards is always our top priority, and an essential part of the way our Chef Bros are run. We are continually monitoring the situation and ensuring we are following the latest governmental advice. We will continue to update our policies and guidance as appropriate to ensure a safe environment when you order from one of our Chef Bros Delivery in the UK.
- Extra safety precautions being taken. We have reinforced our stringent handwashing procedures and are ensuring that employees who are feeling ill stay at home and seek appropriate medical attention. We have also increased the frequency with which we sanitize the seating areas in our Chef Bros, as well as other key areas such as food delivery pouches, door handles, front counters, and touch screens.
- 3m distance when delivering. All our deliveries will be contact-free. This means that when we deliver your order, the delivery driver will place your order at a pre-agreed location before moving back to a safe distance.
- Online payment. At this time, orders will be accepted if they are prepaid with a debit or credit card to ensure the experience is truly contact-free.

Your frequently asked questions
How does Contact-free Delivery work?
- When placing your order online, just fill in the ‘driver instructions’ box at checkout with your chosen drop off location or give those details when placing your order over the phone. You can write any brief description you like here to help navigate your delivery driver, for example: ‘end of driveway’, ‘by front door’ or ‘main entrance to block of flats’
- Our driver will place your order where instructed
- The driver will then call you to let you know your food has arrived
- The driver will then stand back 3 meters (or 3 large paces) and allow you to pick up your order without any physical contact
- Once you have collected your order, the driver will leave
- You will find your receipt placed on the top of your box
- All orders must be pre-paid using debit/credit card
Will all orders be delivered as a Contact-free Delivery?
Yes. To ensure the utmost safety for our customers and our drivers, all our deliveries will be contact-free for the foreseeable future. Any changes to this will be communicated on our website.
Does Contact-free Delivery cost extra?
No. We believe our customers deserve to feel as safe and comfortable as possible when ordering food in these uncertain times.
Can my food go missing?
No, our riders will leave your food on a clean surface at your doorstep, move back and stand at a safe distance for you to pick up your food. Your food will not be left unattended at any given point. If in case, you are not reachable, the food will be returned to the restaurant.
Can I pay with cash?
At this time, only orders prepaid with debit or credit card will be accepted to ensure the experience is truly contact-free.

We have reinforced our stringent handwashing procedures and conduct daily temperature checks to ensure that employees who are feeling ill stay at home and seek appropriate medical attention.
We have also increased the frequency with which we clean and sanitize our kitchen platforms, storage, door handles, delivery bags, boxes & dining facilities. Your order is delivered untouched right from our oven to your doorstep.
